The copyright transfer agreement can be sent as a digital copy of the original (this is preferable) or as a paper copy. The copyright transfer agreement should be filled out using MS Word or hand-printed and signed by all authors (coauthors and copyright holders).（为简化沟通，请将稿件与版权转移协议一并提交，英俄语择一即可。版权协议我们推荐递交电子版，邮寄亦可。协议需用 Word 填写，或者打印出来给所有作者签名。）
