问题: 我要怎么知道论文里面有没有重复内容?

问题描述
能帮我看下下面这段有没有可能被算作抄袭的内容吗?In English class, we are reading a book called The Sunflower, this book is an autobiography of Simon Wiesenthal during his time in the Lemberg concentration camp, this book, talks about morality, forgiveness and contains the story of how a wounded SS soldier asked him for forgiveness, and for help, and how the morality and the ethics kicked in creating a debate of forgiving and helping, or not forgiving and letting him die. As I read this book, I tried to think what decision I would choose, but as I analyzed this question I started bumping into arguments that may change my decision, and way of thinking, this arguments could be based on the same things the character, and other writers think about, such as religion, morality, ethics, and self liberation. As of me, in my opinion I understand what Simon did, and why he did it, but I don’t agree with what he did, I think that the second he decided not to help the SS officer, he became one of them, im not saying he is as bad, but if you want to beat someone you need to be better than them. Depending on the religion you follow, you are forced to help, and forgive people, so depending on what religion you follow (or if you don’t follow any religion), you may be found in a position to help the SS officer either if you don’t want to. Other arguments that can be debated on this, is how you need to help him if you want to be better than him, I think vengeance is not as bad as people make it look, I think vengeance is a way of self liberation, all the hate, rage, and desperation can be released through revenge, although many people could think it is something bad and you shouldn’t seek revenge, in my humble opinion I don’t think it is as bad as people make it look. As a conclusion I think that the people that haven’t go through similar situations don’t have the right to say what they think, because as Sven Alkalaj said “This Bosnian generation, as well as the generation that lived through the Holocaust, are among the only ones who have the right to give an answer to the question of forgiveness. Indeed, to paraphrase a colleague of Simon's: Nobody who hasn't bodily gone through what we went through will ever be able to understand fully.” I think they are allowed to say their opinion like anybody else, but shouldn’t go further than that, I think this, because maybe we say what we do right now, but after going through all the despair he went through, all the physical and mental abuse, and going through all of that, we would react different than how we react right now. That is my opinion on what I think about the question, and how I would have reacted if I was on his position, while writing this I tried to put myself on his position, to answer the question in the most sincere and honest way I could. A great example for this situation is my family, when I was not even born, my grandfather was kidnapped by an armed group. The story is simple, he was kidnapped in the entrance to his farm in Armero, when he was intercepted by three armed guys that took him hostage, they had him in the mountains of Tolima, for more than one month, they asked for around 300 thousand dollars in order to release him, thanks to god they were able to find the head of the band, and force him to release my grandfather, when he was saved, he had a broken leg, and some broken fingers when they tortured him. When I asked my mother and my grandmother if they would forgive the kidnappers for what they did, after a moment of silence and reflection they told me they never thought about that, but because nothing happened to my grandfather, they would forgive the kidnappers, they told me if something had happened to my grandfather they would never had forgiven them. After reading and writing this text, I got into the situation in which I needed to give an answer and a personal opinion in what I would have don, after a lot of thinking and analyzing the question on what I would have done, I still don’t know what I would have done, I think not going through what he did, and not suffering the way he did, doesn’t allow me to give a concrete answer, I hope I would find forgiveness in my heart, and helped the SS officer, and forgived my grandfather's kidnapper, but maybe I would had react in a different way after going through what he did. I am uncertain if either I would forgive him, or not, as there are many arguments that can be debated whether he should be forgiven or not.Work Cited:Armando Neira.
