我不是很了解这句话：Color art will be reproduced in color in the online publication at no additional cost to the author. Color illustrations will also be considered for print publication; however, the author will be required to bear the full cost involved in color art reproduction. Please note that color reprints can only be ordered if print reproduction costs are paid，这是说如果论文接受后一定要付这笔钱，还是说论文送印的时候要付费？请帮忙。

这段话是在说明彩图会以在线形式免费发表，也就是说在线发表的彩图不需要费用，但是，如果你想要在印刷版印制彩图的话，就必须负担额外费用。一般来说，不一定要付这笔费用。期刊在论文接受之后应该会再发邮件给你，确认你的图片要用彩色还是黑白印刷。如果你选择黑白印刷，那么就不会有任何额外的费用产生。
